For this episode of the podcast, we met Ana Kerin to find out more about her label KANA London, which was born as a result of Ana’s training in sculpture & her background in fine art, eventually becoming a fully developed project in London in 2012.
Kana started after Ana slowly developed a strong interest and curiosity in working with functional objects whilst applying a fine art technique to working with clay. For her, it is about creating objects that you would want to hold on to; objects that have value added to them.
With her label, Ana is championing the buy-less movement with a truly unique approach to ceramics and home-ware, hosting workshops and retreats to bring her storytelling to a personal level.
