Products

The item that I want is sold out/my size isn’t available - will it come back in stock?

The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may therefore be sold out. Sometimes if an item is sold out online or a size is not in stock, this doesn’t mean it can’t be reproduced and will never come back, however this depends on whether we still have the fabric. Simply drop us an email at office@sabinna.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer made to order products?

Is it possible to have custom requests when ordering?

Yes! We try and as best as possible to fulfil special requests with orders. Please fill in the comment section at the checkout and we’ll be in touch to see what’s possible.

I wore my SABINNA item for years now and something ripped/got damaged. Can you fix it?

This is why we want to help you prolong the life of your garment as best as possible and are offering free repair services for any SABINNA product, no matter how old. Sustainability

Who made your clothes?

We have several manufacturing partners that we work with. These are located in the UK and Portugal. We also produce some of the items in our own studios in London and Vienna. We ensure that all of our garment workers are paid a fair wage and have safe working conditions. Whenever possible we pay regular visits to our factories to make sure that these conditions still apply. Find out more about our factories here.

How do you choose what fabrics to work with?

We mainly work with natural fibres, based on the fit and design of the garment. Some of our favourites are tencel, organic cotton and linen.

On small occasions we also use deadstock fabric (this will always be stated in the product listing). Deadstock can be described as leftover and sometimes over-ordered fabric from other designers and fabric warehouses. We source our deadstock from factories in the UK and try to make sure to always opt for natural fibres with our deadstock fabric choices.

In what ways is SABINNA sustainable?

As a brand we constantly aim to be sustainable beyond our products. That includes our packaging, the experiences we create, the way we ship and how we handle our day-to-day in our studio. Find out more about how we implement sustainability here.

Why do you only produce in the UK and in Europe?

The decision was a simple one: producing locally and on a small scale within close proximity allows us to have direct control over our manufacturing process. We wanted to be as close to our product as possible, which also gives us the opportunity to be more flexible with demand and production as well as improve our products on a regular basis.

Are your products vegan?

Most of them are, except for our wool products. However, we only use dead stock wool.

Is your packaging recyclable?

All of our packaging is 100% recyclable. Our tissue paper is made printed with soy-based ink and our mailers are made out of corn (and are therefore biodegradable!).

What changes are you trying to implement when it comes to amplifying BIPOC voices?

As a small business, we are very aware of the fact that there is always room for improvement. We have a responsibility to do better and are very committed to continue to educate ourselves and implement changes wherever possible. You can find out more about our plans here.
