We offer FREE shipping to all European countries!
While SABINNA is a fast growing brand, we are still a very small team, and at this time we are only shipping to European countries. Here's the list of European countries we deliver to:
Zone 1: Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Slovenia, Hungary
Zone 2: United Kingdom, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark and Republic of Ireland
Zone 3: Estonia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Norway, Montenegro.
Zone 1: 2-5 working days
Zone 2: 3-7 working days
Zone 3: 4-8 working days
(for orders placed before 1pm, orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day)
For Austrian Customers
If you are located in AUSTRIA, you have the possibility to pick up the ordered goods directly from our office in 1180 Vienna. This option is free and can be chosen at the checkout as “Local Pickup”.
We will have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
The goods will be delivered to the address that was stated when the order was placed. If the recipient’s address is stated incorrectly, the customer shall bear the additional costs incurred. The same applies if the goods cannot be delivered. The preparation and shipping costs shall be borne by SABINNA for deliveries to the specified countries. The goods will be sent through a delivery firm selected by SABINNA, directly to the address specified by the customer. SABINNA is entitled to perform partial deliveries.

Returns & Exchange
We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items sold by sabinna.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, providing that the return tag remains attached to the garment and the item is in the same condition. The costs for the returns must be paid by the customer.
We are happy to exchange for the same item most products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped, through any circumstance that is in our error within 14 days from the date of delivery and if the item is in stock.
All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential. Your personal information will not be shared, circulated, nor modified in any way without your previous consent.
We will never ask for personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for your sabinna.com login details, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
